This presentation will share the process and outcomes of a project that investigated four advanced touch technologies: Haptics, Force Touch, Driver vs Passenger Detection, and Proximity Sensing. The primary goal was to address user pain points through an intuitive interaction design paradigm, potentially supporting reductive design by utilizing these technologies. The study focused on generating potential use cases and user experiences associated with advanced touch technologies. The outcomes highlight the transformative potential of advanced touch technologies in creating more intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
