I lead the Light Commercial Vehicles Cabin and Upper Body Development department at Iveco. Coming from a mechanical background – I have a MS degree in automotive engineering – I always had a strong passion for innovation and I just completed an MBA focused on digital transformation. I love to explore new paths, both in the way we work and in the products we deliver to our customers. I love being part of the most diverse teams, where everyone is empowered to express their best potential in creating the coolest user experience for our customers. Returning to Italy after a long experience at a german OEM, I tried to blend the best of the two cultures in my department at Iveco. I like to challenge my people to think and act beyond the obvious, to apply discipline and creativity an the same time and I love to see the result of this reflected in their fulfillment and in our products. That’s what motivates me and makes my days at work worthwhile and fun.
I am an experienced research engineer/scientist and a problem solver with a broad background in advanced engineering. I have extensive experience with the complete development cycle of new technologies from background research to design, modeling, manufacturing, testing and validation. I have developed sophisticated sensors and transducers for variety of sensing applications and more recently have worked in driver safety, human factors and HMI systems for Automated driving modes. I am a passionate learner with strong work ethics and an experienced educator.

Sookyung (Sookie) Cho is a manager of UX studio at Hyundai America Technical Center (HATCI). She facilitates the UX research process with a balanced combination of creative storytelling and scientific methods to provide UX design insights and solutions.

Changsub (Charlie) Kim is a Senior Researcher of UX Studio at Hyundai America Technical Center (HATCI). He operates UX Studio Irvine in California, UX planning and development of Hyundai, Kia and Genesis vehicles through user-participatory development and advanced UX concept building.

As a user experience professional for over 25 years, Chris loves learning what motivates users and customers so that he can be their advocate throughout the design process. He recently joined the Usability and Driver Workload Human Factors team at General Motors. During his five years with the company, he has also worked on UX teams in Manufacturing IT and Customer Experience divisions. He led user experience research for the MyChevrolet mobile app during a major redesign effort. He is passionate about using the UX research process to help create mobility experiences that are safe, usable, and delightful.
