I lead the Light Commercial Vehicles Cabin and Upper Body Development department at Iveco. Coming from a mechanical background – I have a MS degree in automotive engineering – I always had a strong passion for innovation and I just completed an MBA focused on digital transformation. I love to explore new paths, both in the way we work and in the products we deliver to our customers. I love being part of the most diverse teams, where everyone is empowered to express their best potential in creating the coolest user experience for our customers. Returning to Italy after a long experience at a german OEM, I tried to blend the best of the two cultures in my department at Iveco. I like to challenge my people to think and act beyond the obvious, to apply discipline and creativity an the same time and I love to see the result of this reflected in their fulfillment and in our products. That’s what motivates me and makes my days at work worthwhile and fun.
