Ankur is a Senior Engineering Manager, Perception R&D at Plus, and leads the Static Scene Understanding group. As an early engineer at Plus, he works with cutting-edge Level 4 research and the flagship driver-in product, PlusDrive. Before Plus, he worked with autonomous robotics research at NVIDIA and Qualcomm Research, focusing on visual-inertial localization. He has a decade of experience in Computer Vision and applications for indoor and outdoor robotics. Class 8 trucks at Plus are the largest robots he has worked with!

He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Vision and Robotics, from the University of Southern California.
