Jingyi Zhang is a user experience researcher at Alliance Innovation Lab Silicon Valley (AIL-SV). Her current focus is on autonomous vehicle HMI, new mobility service design, as well as road user behavior modeling. At AIL-SV, Jingyi leads external HMI for autonomous vehicles and robo-shuttles. Before joining AIL-SV, Jingyi worked with Bosch, NHTSA, and academic institutions on various aspects of vehicle user experience and driving safety. Jingyi holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor in Automotive Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
