Thomas “TJ”  has his bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan. In his past he has had both hardware and software experience with optics related technologies.  At OPTIS he has focused on the SPEOS line of products.  First with SPEOS for CATIA and then with SPEOS for NX.

During his tenure at OPTIS TJ has mastered the SPEOS software capabilities and is an Application Engineer with experience in simulation software, technical support, and training. Specifically, TJ has advanced knowledge in the DVS tools and has worked closely with manufactures in this market.

Previously TJ was a Technical Account Manager for multiple automotive OEMs and suppliers. He worked closely with customers to ensure exceptional software performance and correlation to real world behavior. He was responsible for local office IT and network administration.
